Chemequip heat exchanger consists of four parts: inlet hopper, Platecoil heat exchange banks, discharge feeder and control system.
Under continuous operation, the control system adjusts the discharging speed to maintain the level of product in the inlet hopper when the product flowrate changes. In cooling system, Chemequip heat exchangers typically use the chilled water supplied by cooling tower system or a closed-loop chiller system to work as the cooling medium. In the heating system, the heating medium can be hot water, steam or thermal oil, etc.
